BIM / CIM

From design support in Revit to BIM management and adoption support.

We take on design support in Revit per project or per month: architectural, structural, and MEP modelling, drawing production, and family creation, wherever you are short of hands. Years of Revit practice as an Autodesk Expert Elite back this up.

As BIM management we write BIM execution plans (BEP) in the spirit of ISO 19650, standardise templates and families, and handle IFC exchange and quantity take-off. The model is not the end: we make its data usable for facility management and for AI and analytics.

For organisations starting with BIM, we support adoption in order: current state, a pilot project, templates, then in-house training. We hold the buildingSMART Professional Certification (Foundation).

What we do

For design firms and contractor design departments, we take on Revit modelling, drawing production, and family creation per project. As BIM management: execution plans in the spirit of ISO 19650, standardised templates and family libraries, IFC exchange and quantity take-off, and structuring model data so that AI and analytics can use it. For organisations starting with BIM, we support adoption from the plan through to in-house training.

What you get

  • Revit models and drawings
  • BEP and modelling standards

Frequently asked questions

What does design support cover?
Revit modelling, drawing production, family creation, and template setup, for architectural, structural, and MEP work. Available per project or per month.
How is data exchanged?
We follow your templates, shared coordinates, and workset conventions, and can work inside Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
Can we ask for BIM management only?
Yes. BEP authoring, standards, model quality checks, and handing data to facility management or other tools, per project.
What does “structuring model data for AI” mean?
A BIM model holds room names, finishes, quantities, and equipment specifications, but naming and the level of input vary from person to person, so AI and analytics tools cannot read it as is. We set naming and parameter rules, apply them consistently, and make the model exportable to Excel, a database, or IFC in a fixed form. Then you can ask an AI “what is the external wall area of this building” and get an answer, or aggregate quantities and schedules in Power BI.
